The thing that Manan liked the most about this hotel is:

The thing that needs to be improved is:
the room, the food, the staff
I thought the Grad Halic hotel was teriible! We waited about 3 hours till our room was ready, The staff is rude and most of them don’t even know English. The room was nothing more than just ok, the shower was bad, there was no pressure. The television in the room was tiny, not even 14 inch and no English channels eccept for cnn. I wont ever go there againg but Istanbul is great, next time I will stay at the blue house hotel, my friend was there and she said it is perfect.
