You need to send us an email 14 days prior to date of arrival and your cancellation or amendment request must be acknowledged by us in writing. No penalty will be applied for amendment requests sent us by email until 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations sent us by email until 14 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a charge equal to room rate and tax for the first 3 nights. Cancellations notified directly to the hotel will not be effective. For other services such as sight seeing tours, cruises, car rentals, same conditions will be applied. |
