Attractions in Bodrum

Bodrum Castle

(Tel: (+90-252) 316 10 95 - Open hours to visit: 10:00-12:00, 14:00-18:00 - Open days to visit: Everyday except Monday): The castle was built by the Knights of Rhodes in the 15th century. The construction period of the castle took 99 years. With 5 different towers French, English, Italian, German and Snake towers the castle welcomes its guest. It covers 30,000 sq. meters. This castle guards the entrance to today’s Bodrum.

Myndos Door

This door is the entry to the city of Halicarnassos and Located in the west of the city. The Myndos Door consisted of two monumental towers, which stood against Alexander the Great and his troops, and an inner courtyard at the gate which directs to the city. The door has been recently restored.
