Visiting Cappadocia is to taste its cereals, potatoes and wine. Because of the pigeon droppings, the fruits of the region are said to be the best in all of Turkey. You can taste all kind of Traditional Turkish food, such as “manti”, spiced dried beef pastirma, sea bass, skewers of flat kofte and round it off with the aniseed spirit raki and su boregi (pastry).
