Asitane Restaurant
The restaurant was established in 1992. This Ottoman and Turkish cuisine offers specialities such as kavun dolmasi (stuffed melon), saray usulu pirinç (palace style rice) and kivde.

Borsa Restaurant
The restaurant was established in 1927 and it now operates through three different branches. Specialities include Hunkarbegendili kebap (pureed aubergine with lamb), kuzu tandir (lamb cooked tandoori-style) and sebzeli kebap (meat and vegetable kebap). The Restaurant located at the Lütfi Kirdar Convention Center is open every day between 12:00 and 16:00, and between 18:00 and 23:00. Hünkar Begendi (eggplant pureé), keskek (special white cheese), and vegetables with olive oil, are also recommended.
